In 2011, we partnered with a property management company to help them find a better way to manage their properties using the web. They were struggling with a PC-based software package and were frustrated by licensing costs every time they added new buildings, having to deal with software upgrades and data backups, and not being able to interact with their tenants over the Internet. After listening to them describe their many concerns, we instantly knew there should be a better way to manage properties without the hassle. We set out on a mission to design and build an easy-to-use solution that fixed their problems and eliminated their worries. Our answer? Rentalfy, a web-based platform for property managers and tenants to finally solve the technology hurdles faced by today's property manager. With offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, our full-featured software makes our customers more organized, efficient, and profitable.
